The owner's recommended Hiroshima local sake is also available as an all-you-can-drink option, with about 5 to 10 varieties available (seasonal sake is also available, so availability changes depending on the day)

Sancha's winter specialty, chicken mizutaki, now comes with a course meal

We use only fresh chicken slaughtered that morning to make the soup.

Reservations must be made 5 days in advance.

This is a slightly luxurious course that includes all-you-can-drink Hiroshima local sake selected by the chef.
