Enjoy all-you-can-drink Hiroshima local sake recommended by the owner, with approximately 5 to 10 varieties available (availability varies daily as seasonal limited edition sakes are also stocked).

Sangenjaya's winter specialty, chicken hot pot, is now available as part of a course menu.

Because we use only fresh chicken slaughtered that morning to prepare the soup.

We can prepare it for you with a reservation made 5 days in advance.

The Setouchi region has a mild climate.

The mountainous regions also experience heavy snowfall, and the wide range of sake characteristics, much like the temperature differences, is characteristic of Hiroshima's local sake.

This is one of its major features.
