酒膳屋　三茶

Using only fresh chicken slaughtered that morning, our chicken hot pot uses a broth simmered until it turns cloudy white. Because it is difficult to preserve, we only prepare it for orders placed by reservation. Our previous owner was so impressed by the chicken hot pot he ate in Kyoto that he went through many trials to create a version that could be offered in Fukuyama. This simple dish truly tests the skill of the chef, and it pairs perfectly with our homemade ponzu sauce. Please enjoy it all the way to the rice porridge, which is full of the flavorful broth from the ingredients.
